Ballpark numbers
Premier has 282 million shares outstanding X .1967 = 55.5 million shares of EQX to be issued.
55.5 mm sh X $12.70 per sh = Cdn$705 million = US$550 million value of transaction ex-Nevada.
The Mercedes mine had about 587,000 oz Au M&I plus inferred and about 6 million oz Ag. Since then, 2 years of production. Let's call it 580,000 oz. Probably generous, but we need a number. Value those ounces at US$100 per which gives you $58 million for Mercedes. Say the Red Lake properties are worth $12 million. So, $70 million all told for "other assets", meaning they are paying US$480 million for half of Hardrock.
Hardrock is advertized as 4.6 million ounces. So, 2.3 million oz for $480 million = US$208.70 per oz in the ground. That's not cheap, but Ross Beatty is a lot smarter than me.
I would, however, point out that you can buy today a stock like Skeena which is trying to get to 5 million ounces, but let's today they have the identical 4.6 million as Hardrock. You can buy SKE for ballpark $100 per ounce but you get at least 3 X the grade: close to 5 grams per t.
