Aphria Inc. APHA

Aphria, which is headquartered in Ontario, produces and sells medicinal and recreational cannabis. The company operates through retail and wholesale channels in Canada and internationally. Aphria is a main distributor of medical cannabis to Germany and has operations in over 10 countries outside of Canada. However, it does not have exposure to the U.S. CBD or THC markets due to the constraints of federal prohibition. It has some U.S. exposure through the acquisition of SweetWater, a craft brewer

RE:Wonder what Irwin received for this deal

RE:Wonder what Irwin received for this dealJust got a chance to go through the NR.  This is exactly what happened.  I am sure Irwin got a huge bonus for pulling the trigger.  Apha shareholders got royally screwed here.  23% premium for Tilray shareholders.  Apha shareholders get nothing.  The company as we know will cease to exist for trading investment purposes. Company will trade under Tilray.  Lol.  This deal stinks for Apha holders.  Great job once again Irwin screwing Apha loyal shareholders.  At this point you are better off just buying Tilray shares.  ‍
