Yeah this TD "trader" is pathetic. He sits on the bid with fairly large orders and as soon as he is filled he offers half a cent higher or at the same price he bought at. The book is littered with his GTC orders at every half cent increment.

The anonymous seller seems to have a never ending supply of stock, constantly smashing bids.
