Aphria Inc. APHA

Aphria, which is headquartered in Ontario, produces and sells medicinal and recreational cannabis. The company operates through retail and wholesale channels in Canada and internationally. Aphria is a main distributor of medical cannabis to Germany and has operations in over 10 countries outside of Canada. However, it does not have exposure to the U.S. CBD or THC markets due to the constraints of federal prohibition. It has some U.S. exposure through the acquisition of SweetWater, a craft brewer

I'll take a stab at this:

I'll take a stab at this:Kingbear has the same thinking as I do. I believe he is right.  This deal stinks! Simple Simon strikes again. We just got sold out. Nothing like giving away one quarter of what you hold and picking up a pile of debt. Over half a billion in debt!
I am not saying I am correct but the .838 may represent the premium paid to the Tilray shareholders. It comes in pretty close. Now, today's close for Tilray was $9.33US. You will receive .838 of a share. Therefor, your portion of that share is worth $7.82US. That is what your converted share will be worth. Unfortunately, Aphria finished at $8.05US. That looks like a $.23US/share  haircut to me. ......... am I wrong? (The clueless ThorBM and Suppositive1, need not respond)
