Aphria Inc. APHA

Aphria, which is headquartered in Ontario, produces and sells medicinal and recreational cannabis. The company operates through retail and wholesale channels in Canada and internationally. Aphria is a main distributor of medical cannabis to Germany and has operations in over 10 countries outside of Canada. However, it does not have exposure to the U.S. CBD or THC markets due to the constraints of federal prohibition. It has some U.S. exposure through the acquisition of SweetWater, a craft brewer

Iriwin Simon made it too easy for the shorts issuing that  0.838 caliber bullet. Hard to find new buyers of Aphria shares over the next few months when what you buy will be issued a hair cut upon closure of this merger.

I have been perma bull on Aphria for years. But I nor anyone likes this .838 calibar bullet. I will be back when the storm is over. I like the company and the Tilray deal but only at 1:1 issue. Can't get my head wrapped why Aphria shareholders should bend over and take it when it would be Aphria making Tilray great again. Not the other way around. Too many Tilray shares coming off un-lock too. I am depressed about the lack of respect to Aphria shareholders and had a stomache ache thinking about this deal all last night after digested. Sell on open moment.

Vinny was wrong about sweetwater. But I would say he is right here. Shorts having a hey day piling on as I type this. Done this rodeo way tooo many times.

The OG momo is out. Cheers and honestly the best of luck to everyone.
