They may be new to Largo but the market is not and they must know it. The coming warrant conversion is in the public domain for quite a while.

The vast majority of the warrants belong to Arias. Furthermore there is the cashless option. Sure, there could still be some selling by other warrant owners but the number would be small, imho.
