Put a sell order at 9:44 am (only 4000 shares)

Put a sell order at 9:44 am (only 4000 shares)

I'm thinking out loud and bring this anecdote to you all :

With time passing by, my portfolio has become more and more filled with QSC. This morning, a friend of mine tells me about a stock to invest in. I took a look at it. I was in need of liquidity, so, I put a sell order on 4000 QSC shares, ask price 0,265. I was in need to sell it quickly and best ask was then 0,27.

My order was sent and registered at 9:44 am. 4000 shares. The same moment, 001 house put a sell order, 30 000 shares. I told myself, "pure coincidence".

Following seconds, another sell order sent from house 001 (anon). 30k shares at 0,265. There was now 64k shares on the ask, at 0,265. I was the fist of them.

Seconds later, house 001 changed its price down to 0,26 and sells iths shares and from now on, price is declining today.

There was another seller with me, selling only 1000 shares.

I can but only speak for me. I'm no penny flipper. I did not sells any of my QSC shares for a long while (couple of months in fact). My last sell order regarding QSC was in October.

I am probably thinking too much at what happened this morning. It was like if someone was trying to buy shares, soft hands style, with several sells order registered to bring some long holders (me and the one with his 1000 shares sell order) to bring down their price.

It's only 5000 shares (4k + 1K) at stakes. Sorry to bring this to you, I was just curious to have some (constructive) comments, if their is any to do.
