Actually, I must concede, there was an error in my numbers. When I look now I see the units bought by insiders were part of the 6,666,700 units sold, and NOT in addition to them.

So the total increase in fully-diluted share count was only:

10 million + 200,001 broker warrants = 10.2 million shares

My basic points remain the same but the amount of dilution (and the proceeds) is somewhat less than I earlier calculated.
