Its East Kemptville Tin-Indium Project is located 55 kilometers northeast of Yarmouth, Nova Scotia, Canada. Nechalacho Rare Earth Elements Project is located at Thor Lake, Northwest Territories.

RE:The pieces fit!Government support whether financial or getting the proper approvals to build a facility is a huge benefit to a company.  Avalon is definitely at the stage where need to get some revenue stream for its existance.  I'm not sure how many more finanical public offerings this company is going to get moving forward or may need restructure the company.  The share price of basically being below .30 since the last 5 to 10 years is not something very positive for an investor.  In fact this trading below .15 is highly speculative and TMX may put pressure on Avalon to get it higher or be delisted which does happen.

The comments at 33 minutes in the video "appears" to be aimed at Avalaon and Rock Tech as mentions Lithium in this area of Thunder Bay.  

High risk to reward sums it up!
