CEO of EnerkemWas on BNN this morning talking about the proposed $875 million clean energy plant to be built in Quebec. The plant would produce biofuel and green hydrogen. The feed stock for the biofuel would come mostly from waste that is now going into landfill. 200 million would be used for an electrolyser to produce the green hydrogen and would be owned by Hydro Quebec. There was no mention of Xebec.
