RE:RE:RE:PyroGenesis Appearing CheapI agree developbc, fdfd is a long litany of false and inaccurate information and deliberatly intends to deceive shareholders of PYR

These are just some the facts to listen and not the false narrative :
- $15.15M increase in HPQ Strategic Investments is NOT an idependent investment.
- The strategic investment gain from HPQ that effects income in the amount of $15MM, which actually used to be listed under PYR operations but as of few years ago has been pulled out and listed as a strategic investment.
- HPQ consists of only a few people and a board - PYR is doing all the work
- PYR team, facility,tech/engineering etc ie HPQ is breathing and living bc of PYR
- IF PYR invested in a seperate independent investment totally unrelated like let's say Pfizer one can say oh what a bonus BUT not in this case as HPQ is highly dependent on PYR.
- This is legally and for practical purposes directly related to PYR's performance
- A simple good example might be if they spin out 3D powder division and retain % share ownership or even invest more in future, the gain in 3D Newco would still be very correlated to PYR's performance as 3D Newco breathes and lives bc of PYR.
- Simply put the PUREVAP NANO Reactor NSiR andPurevap Quartz Reduction Reactor QRR are both sitting inside PYR faciities staffed by PYR along w PYR's engineering.

It was all HPQ investment doing it.
They broke even last Q with 0 cents per share.
WealthBuilder99 wrote: Just some quick analysis looking at PyroGenesis' Price/Earnings ratio: While no guidance has yet been provided for Q4, we have a pretty good sense based on backlog, payments received, HPQ share price etc.
Currently Q4 is looking like it should be similar to Q3 on an Earnings Per Share (EPS) basis. Assuming HPQ share price maintains where it's at until end of December, $0.07 will be derived to Pyro. Another minimum $0.02 or 0.03 should be derived from Drosrite and other ongoing projects. Therefore, full-year EPS will look something like this:
Q1: (0.01)
Q2: 0.04
Q3: 0.10
Q4: 0.10
Full Year: $0.23 EPS
At a current share price of, let's just round it to $3 / 0.23
= a PE of 13. The S&P 500 average is currently 37.44. Therefore, on just a PE basis, Pyro is selling extremely cheap relative to the S&P while discounting all its growth prospects.
Another way of looking at it is Pyro is only being valued at 2x HPQ at their currently fully diluted market caps ($262m vs $533m)
Seems to me, any meaningful contracts announced will cause this to surge, possibly even double in short time. Looking like an attractive entry point, in my opinion.
