Aphria Inc. APHA

Aphria, which is headquartered in Ontario, produces and sells medicinal and recreational cannabis. The company operates through retail and wholesale channels in Canada and internationally. Aphria is a main distributor of medical cannabis to Germany and has operations in over 10 countries outside of Canada. However, it does not have exposure to the U.S. CBD or THC markets due to the constraints of federal prohibition. It has some U.S. exposure through the acquisition of SweetWater, a craft brewer

RE:RE:What do you get

RE:RE:What do you getThe market seems to like the canopy/ acreage/Constellation trifecta, that's why canopy's market cap is so much higher then the combined entity of aphria and tilray. The market doesn't seem to like this deal.... Go figure. I think it's a good move by aphria to retain the tilray name, if the merger is not stopped by the tilray lawsuit. Aphria's name is Tainted after all the executives got caught with their hand in the cookie jar, I hope you guys haven't forgotten about all that. By assuming the tilray name they might and I do mean might be able to put that corrupt chapter behind them. Either way I was never big on either aphria or tilray and that's why I think this is just a big steamy pile of you-know-what. I guess you have to do these types of mergers when you don't have the capital to acquire.
