I am, and say rob away! HOWEVER, from what I can tell its all fine and wonderful unless you trade too much i.e. if they see the account as day-trader activity then those gains will get taxed. Problem is, no where can I find any explanation as to what trading frequency actually constitutes "day trading"? Likely, if they see you profiting too much and are low on tax revenue!!!

Anyone else have an expert opinion to share on that point re: day-trading?
