RE:RE:RE:RE:Bad signWrong again Neo.  RLV is past-due on the biweekly updates mandated by their almost two-month-old default on their financials, so we're waiting to once again confirm that NO MATERIAL BUSINESS has been conducted/closed in months.

The Dec. 27th date is related to the original filing deadline of October 27th for Q4 and FY.  They are so incompetent that they cannot even provide their so called "dream auditors" RSM the documents they are requiring to approve the release of audited financials prior to the FULL halt of trading on December 27th.

Five trading days to the final embarrassment of forcing every single shareholder into a complete lockdown of their money.
