Well, what do you think? You could buy 7 clinics for $350.000 in cash? Give your head a shake. The shares are part of the cost of acquisition. In Toronto area you couldn't even buy a residential house for this money. Think about it. Seven clinics and they have the two doctors to continue the expansion nationwide. That's a really good deal for all concerned!
