I tried to buy back a position

I tried to buy back a position That's why it spiked.  Originally bought at 6 cents forever ago.  Sold at 18.  Read some stuff last night about spin out etc and thought hey why not.  Put an order in this morning at 12.5 and got a stupid partial fill before the spike. I'd like a few more shares please.  Someone sell the, to me tomorrow I'll pay more then 12.5.
