You cannot be laid back. Tremendous opportunities are there but you have to hustle and have a champion at the helm surrounded by committed board members and top management. Three cheques till Christmas certainly does not cut it and conveys a lackadaisical, laid back, welfare mentality. I have written Bruce to remind him that as a board member, he and his board colleagues have a fiduciary duty to ALL shareholders. If he is too busy on his other ventures, then he has a duty and obligation to NOT be on the board. But since he and others have willingly accepted to be on the board, they all have a DUTY to lead.
