15 employees is a decent start given what they were able to accomplish in my opinion. 

also a huge chunk of the work is outsourced anyway is it not? 

the the rolling and packing is being done by an undisclosed large manufacturer of commercial tobacco from my understanding. 

Which means the 15 employees are just processing the base material.  

If they ad and additional 15 employees then they could most likly max out there production capability of 2400 pounds a day almost indefinitely 

But if they can get the material processe now with the staff they have, is there much reason to add more overhead cost at the moment ? 

But yes I think more employees should come very soon.
