I’m sorry but comparing GM spinning out Cadillac with AMY’s spin out of an unknown property is just not a good comparison. No one here can even tell me the name of the property AMY is spinning out? Well it ain’t Cadillac! Will you give us the value that you’ve priced into AMY’s share price for the Rocher Deboule property? I have priced in a big fat 0! I’m currently involved with another spin out and both will be a bonus for all shareholders.
As far as a company worrying about an exploration property getting in the way of a deal as big as this recycling tech, I don’t think so.
