The Company is mainly focused on exploration in the Darlot Region of Western Australia, within 10 kilometers from the Red 5 Darlot Mine. The Company's projects include South Darlot Gold Project, British King Mine and Red 5 Joint Venture. The Red 5 Joint Venture project’s 20-hole drill program, which included approximately 17 reverse circulations for 706 meters and three diamond core holes for 141 meters include a suite of narrow vein, high gold grades of up to 124.4 grams per ton. The British King Gold Mine is approximately five kilometers south-west from the Darlot Mine. The Company’s South Darlot Gold Project area is located approximately 320 km northwest of Kalgoorlie in Western Australia and includes British King Mine. Its tenement holdings cover an area of approximately 324 square kilometers.

RE:RE:Received an Email from this company yesterday....Thank You once more for the CIO update.   CIO's dispute with Red 5   has been going on I believe since the Summer of 2020.  I appears to me that what ever the agreement was that CIO had with Barrick, now has to be completely renegotiated  with Red 5 ( if that is possible ). These JV talks between CIO and Red 5 will determine weather CIO will remain in the Gold Mining Business or concentrate only on it's Iron Ore projects.
