RE:RE:Past offeringsI agree. Corrupt management and financiers scooped them up, shorted and already doubled, tripled their money. The last issuance at .045 cents tells me management will either push this up to double their money again or if they shorted, will bring this down to $.025 cents. This is how they will recoup the money they invested. Why else would they raise money at .045 cents, doesn't make sense when they could have raised 3x at .013 cents with less diluttion of shares. All this points to corrupt management.
