The properties are divided into three categories: office, retail, and industrial. Nothing has changed re fundamentally other than new Mgmt so... I would assume its shareholders making it known they're not too excited about Mr Manji and friends possibly?? Just speculating but if Sandpiper, who stated had 30+% of shareholders approval, have rocked the boat pretty hard here. A few are inevitably going to fall out. I'm hanging on (8 plus year unit holder) but I'm watching and looking at info as made avail. We shall see. Wish we could have been a fly in the room during talks with Martem. Seems wayyy too easy he stepped aside.
