Mengel recommends CSI / CADMFJust reviewed the latest adventure capitalist by Jimmy Mengal, he came out with a new recommendation today, it's CSI.
Picked up some shares today at $0.59, looking to acquire more next week.
Here's part of the recommendation from Mengal....
There are quite a few things I like about this company...
For one, I've talked to dozens of cannabis and CBD companies that have had the same issue: People want to try it but are confused about what it does and are reluctant to ask someone about it. There is also still a stigma — especially among older consumers — that CBD is a cannabis product. It makes it uncomfortable to try something or ask about something, if you have that analysis paralysis.
It hinders sales for any product.
Another byproduct of the pandemic is that people are terrified of using cash — and other human beings — to conduct transactions. That genie is not going back into the bottle.
Chemesis' vending machine solution removes those variables entirely.
If the company can land more distribution points in pharmacies, convenience stores and airports, I could see this small cap really take off.
But perhaps the major reason I'm recommending it right now is that they company hasn't really made their mission known. They haven't yet told their story. Currently, as far as their slide deck goes, they appear to be like any run-of-the-mill cannabis, CBD company. Once they begin getting their vending machine message out, I think we'll see far more interest in the stock.
If I know one thing about cannabis companies, you need to stand out. It's crucial to have a niche. It is imperative for small caps to have a product that they can promote that doesn't just get put in the wash with the rest of the market.
Again, this is a very small stock, so take appropriate risk management. Never risk more than you can lose.
