Aphria Inc. APHA

Aphria, which is headquartered in Ontario, produces and sells medicinal and recreational cannabis. The company operates through retail and wholesale channels in Canada and internationally. Aphria is a main distributor of medical cannabis to Germany and has operations in over 10 countries outside of Canada. However, it does not have exposure to the U.S. CBD or THC markets due to the constraints of federal prohibition. It has some U.S. exposure through the acquisition of SweetWater, a craft brewer

To much money has been leaving

To much money has been leavingand the existing filed prospectus by both Aphria and Tilray are very concerning. Both Tilray and Aphria have filings for a considerable amount of dilution. A reverse merger with Tilray and the Sweetwater deal in such short order is crazy. The dilution upcoming and the recent down grades of Aphria will certainly weigh heavy on Aphria's share price. My question is why pay premium on an inflated Tilray share price? I highly recommend everyone should diversify and if the Georgia senatorial runoffs go to the republicans, then it will be a wait until the 2022 mid terms before we see a posability to legalize MJ in the US.
