A small financing announced tonight.... kinda intriguing ! FWIW i rather like this idea of not giving away the farm to raise just enough capital to do a small but potentially very rewarding drilling program this winter.
The terms are great with only issuing
1,527,780 shares at 0.18 cts/share.
Another thing for me is that i have never heard of this financing company "Probity Mining 2020-II" so checked out their website and it looks professional and well managed to me! SO i hope XND can get the ball rolling now with what they have and if they can hit some good drill results with the program they have planned for it certainly could raise the valuation of this small junior particularly because of it's location in relation to some other big players nearby with deep pockets!
