QH response to this @farmer post @afarmer In his weekly newsletter, J Taylor included the following dialogue with QH: "[J] suggested the following possible production metrics to [QH] this week with a startup rate of 4,000 tonnes per day: Average gold grade of 2 tg/t, 95% recoveries = roughly 240 ounces per day at $1,800 = $432,000 top line revenues per day? [QH] responded, 'That's our aim.'" My take is that means roughly 240 ounces per day, 5 days per week, 50 weeks per year = [240 x 5 = 1,200], 1,200 x 50 = 60,000 ounces per year. If you go with 7 days per week and 50 weeks per year, the yearly ounce number would be 84,000. 84,000 x 1,800 = $151,200,000 in gross revenue not counting gold concentrate from Karratha.
