Price likely to continue weakening

Price likely to continue weakeningThe current and next quarters are typically the worst quarters for the industry.

Only 11 of their 78 properties are in Florida or Texas. I can't imagine that Oklahoma (e.g.) will be over-performing during the winter..

Certainly there is pent-up demand, but with Covid infections absolutely raging I can't see a lot of people going for pleasure trips. Business certainly isn't traveling except in emergencies.

I used to own HOT.un and would like to again. But I'm waiting for clear signs that travel is turning up.

(thanks for the bloomberg article link, b.t.w. Interesting, just not definitive)
