That province does not always protect their own. TSO3 from QcCity had a number of unique patents in a sterilizing product and had invested a fair amount of $ in it. When time came to commercialize the product it did let TSO3 be sold to an american corporation.

Another example would be Nemaska Lithium.

And there are quite a number of small caps and start-ups like that, that Qc did not support.

Xebec will do fine on its own,but don't count on Qc govt for anything unless you have friends in high places.

IMHO and GLTA.
