Investor Update.... 2020 has been a surprising and demanding year but with great growth for Eve. We released our first 2.0 products, and our dedicated team is working hard to keep up with the great demand. We also became one of few licensed holders to achieve EU-GMP certification and started commercial shipment to Germany. For 2021, we believe you will be pleased with the projected additional 2.0 products, foreign agreements and sales routes. We are extremely appreciative of the support of our shareholders and their belief in Eve, and we will continue to strive to grow Eve to its fullest potential.

Melinda and the entire Eve Team We are very proud to have introduced the first cannabis-infused bath bombs to the Canadian market through licensed sales channels in Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Ontario, and Newfoundland and Labrador. Our cannabis-infused bath bombs are manufactured by a woman-led team within our 1,000,000 square foot greenhouse facility in Strathroy, Ontario. The products are individually hand made with a full spectrum distillate extracted from our sun-grown cannabis and are formulated to include specific terpene and aromatic properties. Our initial launch featured two bath bomb products that would make for great gifts this holiday season. The Boss bath bomb is infused with natural lemon, grapefruit and sweet orange essential oils and is meant to empower you to take on all challenges with exceptional boldness. The Dreamer bath bomb is infused with natural lavender and chamomile essential oils and is meant to calm the soul and soothe the body at the end of a long day. The retail response to our cannabis-infused bath bombs has been overwhelmingly positive and we enjoy connecting with retailers every day to educate store owners and budtenders about these products. Our sales and production teams are working diligently to expand both distribution and product offerings. We are delighted to announce our partnership with the well-established and respected brand, Dr. Kerklaan Therapeutics. Dr. Kerklaan has developed a collection of effective cannabis topical products backed by a dedicated team ensuring quality and support. The partnership will lead to the introduction of Dr. Kerklaan Therapeutics’ topical cannabis creams into Canada, infused with Eve & Co’s sun-grown cannabis Eve continues to expand its domestic sales efforts in Canada amongst the stores in Newfoundland and Labrador, Ontario, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, and we are making product available in Alberta and British Columbia. We have started discussions with Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, and Prince Edward Island. Our sales team has expanded to increase our presence amongst the retailers so they can gain first-hand knowledge about Eve & Co. and our expanding product portfolio. $550,000 Debenture Financing | | | We have successfully completed a non-brokered financing of unsecured convertible debentures in the principal amount of $550,000. The CEO, Melinda Rombouts, who continues to retain all of her shares, was the lead investor in the offering and is reflective of the investment and confidence in the Company, its prospects and growth potential. The proceeds from the Debentures will be utilized for general working capital purposes, enabling us to achieving our sales targets and international shipments expected in early 2021.
