Assessment

AssessmentGDNP certainly has potential and is hitting all the right buttons for 'green' investors. Sales are growing, but from a small base. The balance sheet is much better after a recent financing. Cash flow is still negative though, and losses continue. Insider own 8% and have been buyers. A holding company (Yaletown) owns ~20%. It just made an acquisition to add capacity and also add $17M in sales. Overall, we like what we see but its small size adds risks. That said, the sales trend confirms that its product is good and customers are knocking. High risk, but getting more interesting for sure these days.

So said 5iResearch (perhaps a bit more reputable than Beacon) last week. Took advantage of today's weakness to initiate a long term position. GLTA
