Mr. Clive Beddoe (Chairman) - Hospitals are overwhelmed and people are in bad shape, yet SQI hasn't made a sincere effort to build awareness regarding its ability to help hospitals and individuals.  While we recognize that there is A LOT going on behind the scenes, it is also critical that the SQI Diagnostics story be shared.  It does not feel right knowing we have so many important tools to help hospitals and people, yet remain so consciously quiet.  We have not brought any measurable outside/public attention to our story, even though SQI can make significant contributions to improving hospitals efficiency and quality of patient care, both during this pandemic and afterward.  Who benefits in our near silence?              

 

We have technology to help hospital systems and people in dire need and society should be made aware.  Dr. Shaf Keshavjee of the UHN (Named an Officer of the Order of Canada), McMaster University, and even taxpayer dollars, have helped SQI Diagnostics be ready to serve society in this critical time of need.  Societal awareness and pressure are good things, so PLEASE share our story.  Hospital Staff are desperate and other than the vaccine commencement news, have had very little other news to provide optimism and hope.  Society can't hold others accountable, where there is no awareness.  Remaining quiet makes us part of the problem, rather than a progressive part of the solution.      

 

Sharing our story would have also helped trigger conditions for existing warrants to be exercised months ago.  These proceeds could have allowed for quicker scale up, thus helping society that much sooner.  Not sharing the SQI story is more costly with every passing day.  Hospital resources are at breaking points, while we continue to remain near silent.    

 

Simply put - Please do the right thing.....for ALL, but especially for fellow Canadians in need.    

 

WestJet became a $5+ Billion dollar airline by treating everyone well, and sharing the story/vision everyday.  Please extend those same core values to SQI, for the benefit of all.
