When MMED initially put their application in, they had already met several of the requirments to be granted a seat on the NADSQ. If 10/10 is the qualifying bar, then they were a 6.5/10. They would be considered a 9/at this stage. The reason that the listing is imminent is that a company doesn't need to have 10/10 to be listed. A NASDQ governing board votes before allowing any company listing. Nearly all new listing to the NASDQ fail to meet 10/10 on a technical basis, but are granted the new listing based on fundamentals and potential for success. MMED will be listed..........
