RE:this has zero chance. best thing to do is see if your brokerDonny, you are right. This company has taken over 20 million in debentures. The brokers like Canaccord are all too happy to fund it. Cost of debentures: 10% per year, minimum 2 years, and if the share price is not up to par, they have to issue a gazillion shares since they never pay back the money.
