The scary thing about the 4th Quarter Financials is the fact that all of the distributions paid where from borrowed money. The question now is, are the January and February distributions being funded from distributable cash or from bank borrowings?
For the record, the 4th Quarter Financials were even worse than I had imagined!

Distributable cash for 2019 before the one time litigation reserve was
$1.32 per unit.   Distributions were   $1.20 per unit.     Aprox.  90% payout.

When are you going to be a man and admit you were wrong on the distrubution cut?

Never thats when.

Posted February 21st!
I see the same scenario occurring yet again!

The same scenario?   Distributable cash of $1.32 with only a 60 cent payout. Sounds pretty good to me.

Maybe you should spend less time bashing on the message board of a stock you have hated for years and more time on the SGY board.  When is that big  buyout of SGY coming that you have been promising for years. Are they still manipulating the SGY shareprice downward  so they can load up before making their buyout  Sure seem to be taking their time making that big offer.

The SGY shareprice dropped to 30 cents today so i guess any buyout would have to come with a 600% premium for you to get back to break even on your $1.75 SGY shares.

Could happen anyday now.
