Would be interesting to see if the immune response generated by PDT of the bladder has any impact on UUT cancer. If little or no response, there may be utility in using IV Rutherrin followed by PDT via ureteroscopy (for early & distal cancers of the ureter) or via laparoscopy for all other UUT cancers. And if Theralase can ultimately utilize photosensitizer activation by targeted &/or low-dose external radiation, there just may be no place to hide for cancer (particularly solid tumors).
