The problem is that he has not delievered, the market valuation of the firm, through the dilution, remains essentially the same, or to be correct, a $0.05 improvement over three years. Impressed?
So John please stop the bs. Explain why you as CEO are not invested personally with your money in this company? Why you want to be a cheerleader for the stock wishing it higher, failing to recognize that you are the CEO, the quarterback, of the company. It is your job to lead, to market, to hustle and to share in the success that through your leadership you have attained for this company. That is why a CEO owning shares in his company is one of key metrics. Are you performing or are you just one of thos "three more pays till Christmas" guys?
