The platform distributes cryptographically secured keys and strings.

personally I think it is a very positive sign of confidence. Some hear will argue that it is a small amount. 15k is nothing to these guys. I say that regardless how much you are worth, no one would risk 15k knowing that it would be worth 0 in the short term. IMO, it's a great thing! I am super excited again for the first time in a long time. Good on you Rousseau! You made me a believer again! (Not that I ever lost faith). The BIG INVESTOR PARTY WILL TAKE PLACE, IT WILL BE IN MONTRAL AND ITS ALL ON ME.....I got a feeling).
