MERGER

MERGERTILTRAY-APHA merger has been wonderful for APHA shareholders, the stock was trading at  $10.32(C) immediately before merger announced, it is now trading @ $9.10 (C).and trending down, the market seems to really like this deal. (NOT) TILTRAY shareholders should be happy, they are getting a very nice premium and APHA shareholders are taking a hair cut   .  time will tell and the market will speak.
