of "control wells". Why would anyone pour $M into a process that you have no control over?
There is constant testing and montoring of the in situ solution as it percolates to make sure
the concentration levels remain static. That is the control that is imposed on the well field
so the scenario you alluded to doesn't happen. Just because its below ground and you can't
see it does not mean you have no contol over it.
