Stock holding in the .75 - .85 range

It seems like someone doesn't want to see the stock going up. I wonder if a takeover or a financing related to an acquistion is in the process. Everytime the stock is trying to go above 0.80, ghost sellers are appearing suddenly to bring the stock back down. On the other side buyers are also very disciplined on maintaining the stock above 0.75 without paying more than 0.80. It's been in that strange pattern for 2 months now.
