RE:RE:RE:PYR &HPQPitpitcolisse,
I have thought of doing the exact same thing, sellling my HPQ and pushing it into Pyrogenesis..... I stopped buying HPQ in October and started pushing my money into Pyrogenesis instead for that exact same reason, but it might be time to go further.
Pyrogenesis will be the 50% owner of all operations of HPQ Nano as soon as the numbers make sense to breach the Royalty they will be taking.
HPQ value is almost entirely HPQ Nano.
As you say, HPQ value around $240mil,(PYR owns a large percentage of that as it is outside of the 'nano agreement')......That means that $100mil or more belongs to PYR based upon the 50/50 takeover agreement signed...
That now values the rest of Pyrogenesis down about 15% just based upon that one item alone...... So for about $450 mil or so, you are buying the profitable drosrite division, profitable torch division, profitable powders division, and all of the patents and R&D that go along with what is coming into the future......
All of this in a company that is about to list on the nasdaq, has just listed on the TSX, has earnings showing MASSIVE growth, and has future earnings increasing at a large pace.
No Brainer to me! This is where it is!
Cheers!

Personnaly I'd say that HPQ Nano is the main driver of HPQ's valuation, which is now
240M vs PYR's
570M. That would mean PYR's futur 50% stake in HPQ Nano should be worth approximately the same (lets say 200M out of 240M HPQ Valuation).
That leaves the other branches (torches, tunneelling, 3d powders and Drosrite + all the plasma engeneering expertise) of PYR at only 370M valuation...
I guess many would say the QRR is worth more than 40M, but for the moment, I don't feel it is the main moving factor.
So, I have to confess I sold a small part of my HPQ holdings yesterday to buy more PYR, I feel there should be a slingshot effect once new investors realise this...
Cheers!

Since Sept 30 it's gone from 0.42 to 0.91 as of this post, or 117% increase. About 17.5MM income for the quarter, or just over 0.11 EPS —- just from owning HPQ shares. COGT wrote: And anyone Care to do the math the value of PYR investment in HPQ at $.90
