hc doesn't seem interested
cfo and ir person in Canada on visa and has fear of Canadian regulation
cfo and ir avoids reaching out to small shareholder
parent company not in Canada
ceo and remainder of board seem displaced
price movement on Canadian and US markets in a downtrend
patents seem more important than sales

think this management wants to be PRIVATE
