doubtful - it's almost certainly just about $$$.
highly suggest everyone here read up on UD. i've spent the day doing this. they manage GI practices and are clearly involved in more than just the anesthesia side of GI practice management.
my view is they just don't need CRH - in 2018 the company effectively became something like CRH given their size. there's probably no value-add to CRH managing the anesthesia side of their practices. CRH is better suited to smaller GI practices where the doctors are the owners and they don't have the time to manage the administrative burden of billing.
