1:50pm ET huge spike in BUY volume in sector

Anyone know why almost every mid sized to large LP experienced a sudden huge spike in buying volume at 1:50pm ET today?  It really behave everyone a nice boost. 


more importantly, anyone know why FIRE did not experience this?  Why was FIRE not included in the "buy" list of whomever was behind this?
