Aphria has stopped investing and truly supporting TBP a long time ago. With Aphria's merger they don't want to waste much time on Tetra and potential revenue in years. They need growth today first and foremost. Unfortunately for Tetra this partnership just wasn't a good one. Seems like a case of bad timing.
