I was oblivious to it and only became aware of it when I caught some news last December that I thought was significant, did some very quick DD, bought some stock because I thought it looked very interesting, did more DD and bought more in January and I've added a bit here and there on de-risking events.
There is more than one way to....who ever came up with that saying, it's terrible !
Anyway as long as we are making money it's all good and as far as Directors, you need a certain number to run a public Co. so think of them as just bums in seats, like the blow up Auto Pilot in the Airplane movies, sometimes they get paid very well, sometimes not at all.
Noe what about those liquids Chreca, I can't wait till the 14th !

A few commnents here.
In my previous post I meant Stanley Smith not Beverly I forgot there are now two Smiths in the board room. And speaking of non-execs/directors I believe there are usually too many of them generally speaking in public corps. and that seems most likely here also so I will stick with that slogan of mine -
One in One out ! LOL
As for my reason to invest in TXP it was based on the knowledge that the company was very knowledgeable of the Ortoire block potential and had worked for
years to understand it better and interpret the historic data from it. And that the "exploration" wells would be more of appraisal/development wells than exploration really, though some of them of course will be pure exploration and some will be 50/50 like we seen recently with Casca Deep. In other words the Market treated this Ortoire "exploration" play like it was some highrisk wildcat wells they would try their "luck" on, when that was far from the case in reality. And by treating I mean zero value was given to the TXP market cap for the great potential upside from Ortoire.
In other words a great opportunity presented itself, but I still decided to wait until the drill results from Coho came out until my first purchase letting that news derisk the play, and to my pleasant surprise the SP went
down further
after the succesful drilling result (!) and I was able to top up at a ridiculously low price ! :)
Now, try to relax over the holidays Goa, and then we will talk liquids again. LOL
