RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Insider sellingI was merely joking about the cheap shares and I do get your point, the reality is everything diversified lags whether it's diversified real estate or these type of stocks, yes its fact the market likes pure plays better, however this thing for me is about income and they have provided that each and every month at a nice healthy yeild, I firmly believe when we get thru this other garbage going on right now and nnd gets straightened out and grows dramatically in a year along with mr Lube and dont forget oxford because we are going to have alot of stupid kids running around after this we end up $4-5 a share. I think 4 is a no brainer a year from now provided the world's in a better place and the government fvcks off and stops killing the economy. Cheers and gl merry xmas and keep collecting these nice dividends that many companies have completely taken away from investors.
