RE:RE:RE:Insider transactions by john All NCIB buys by the company need to be reported under SEDI as stock is being added back to the treasury. There are companies who get NCIB approval to appease shareholders and do not buy back shares.
As of today, there have been 0 NCIB buys else you would see it filed to the public. This further leads to questions around D9 cash flow and profitability. Afterall, if your business is generating cash flow why wouldn't you buy shares back at 1/3 the value of the equity report?
