It is a float-adjusted, market capitalization-weighted index of 600 U.S. operating companies selected through a process that factors in criteria such as liquidity, price, market capitalization, financial viability and public float. The fund is non-diversified.

Really dumb move by Canada.Why would you turn down investment by China.We buy their stuff and they shouldn't be banned from using that money to buy in Canada.Since the mine is located in Canada,all the risk is on the Chinese buyer.This world getting too crazy.I think Canada is ruled by the same type fools that run California.All emotion and no wisdom/common sense.
