RE:RE:Fun with numbers and why this is a $30 stock....Good points all...I would argue that a PE of 20 is not unreasonable given two things...1. The unique nature of the project and the "green" title it sports and 2. Everything has an elevated PE and will so long as rates remain this low. I also anticipate a fat dividend....all that free cash flow has to go somewhere...that will add to the appeal. As to $7 copper...I think it's doable given the future demand profile and supply deficits that only grow over the next number of years. Regardless of exactly how it plays out it should be abundantly clear that this stock is headed significantly higher by factors as time rolls on. And yes, I do remember the 70s inflation and it was awful...it sadly could be much worse this time with so many more trillions being created....all the better for copper as a hedge and Excelsior that will in fact behave much like a gold miner.....copper is the "new gold"....I believe it.
